The developer team Dreamfactory has developed this highly detailed airport re- creating the atmosphere of Alitalia´s major hub. A high resolution aerial image is the foundation of the ground layout, nearly all buildings and objects have been modeled in original detail. All runways, taxiways and signs are placed correctly.

In addition it also has AESLite (courtesy of Oliver Pabst implemented with airport ground traffic, cars, buses, service vehicles run by an intelligent logic.

Unbelieveble. My pc goes normaly in Flytampa Athens in approach a 25/25 fps without problem with an complexy aircraft. This scenery is good in the graphic, but what is possible the frame rate goes at 13/25 ? What is possible after one years dont'have a Aes configuration? I would have bach my money. Best results with isd 2005. Bad thing Aerosoft

Well Done, Aerosoft! Not one complaint from me. I have been looking for a good rendition of LIRF and fly there frequently. Thnaks for the great scenery and look forward to many more.

Generally very nice scenery, well modelled, full of AI Traffic (Ultimate Traffic set to 100%) also I like LIRF itself. It's very nice airport in the nice part of Europe. But unfortunately LIRF by Aerosoft is fps killer. The scenery shutters, slowing down all FS9 application (and this is not because 100% of UT AI traffic - I've 60-70 fps with 100% AI on 3rd party: KLAX, KSFO, KORD, EGLL, LFPG and similar big airports). During "view change" from cockpit to spot view - FS9 has every time to load textures again and again from the scratch (scenery clears some kind of cache mem? - don't know). After leaving LIRF area FS9 comes to its senses and works fine (I've high-end PC with high-end GPU). Definitely waiting for improvement.

Generally, it is a good scenery. Normally I would rate it 4*. Not in case of Aerosoft-Mega Airport. The Rome scenery is definitely below Aerosoft standard. Buildings are simpler that usually, the whole scenery is somehow brown or grey, simply sad (I have tried all seasons). What is surprising for me, there is certain qualitative difference between Aerosoft´s Rome and ISD Rome, however, it´s not that noticeable. I do hope that Aerosoft will come with some qualitative update soon!

Very pleased with this latest Mega Airport product. It appears to be a thoroughly well-modelled version of LIRF, with a generous amount of autogen and AI vehicles. The background landclass features within the airport perimeter fit in very well with the autogen buildings and despite all these features, there appears to be no framerate hit. Highly recommended!
